The purpose of this document is to help in preparation for IBM Test 285 (Developing with IBM WebSphere Studio, V5.0).

This certification is appropriate if you have experience with IBM WebSphere Studio Site Developer V5, IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer V5, IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition V5, or IBM WebSphere Studio Enterprise Developer V5.

This document should not be used as the only study material for ICAD (IBM Certified Associate Developer) Test 285. It covers all objective topics, but it is not enough. I tried to make this document as much accurate as possible, but if you find any error, please let me know.

Topics which are NOT part of Test 285:

  • Web Services

  • EJB development

  • Team Tools

  • XML tooling
